Cornwall meets the Caribbean at this dreamy beachside retreat situated within seven acres of cliff-top grounds overlooking Gerrans Bay, with spectacular views of the sea and its private beach.

Set just a 30-minute walk along the coastal path to the village of Portscatho.

By car: Driftwood is around 5 hours from London, 3 hours 30 mins from Bournemouth and 4 hours 20 mins from Birmingham. There is free private parking at the hotel.

By train: London Paddington to Truro takes around 4 hours 30 mins. The hotel is a 30-minute taxi ride from the station. Book trains to Truro.

By plane: Newquay airport (24 miles)
